D.E.N. is natural skincare backed by science, suitable for every skin type and gentle enough for sensitive and reactive skin. If you would like personalised advice, please contact us with:

Orders & Shipping
If you have a question about an existing order, please include your order number when contacting us so we can assist you efficiently.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times: orders are dispatched within 2 working days. UK Standard delivery then takes 4–7 working days and is free on orders over £50 (£4.99 otherwise). UK Express arrives 1 working day after dispatch (£6.99). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
