Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with D.E.N. Skincare. Every order is prepared with care and sent as quickly as possible.

Processing times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. During busy periods or launches this may take slightly longer.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery: free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99. Arrives 4–7 working days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: £6.99. Arrives 1 working day after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

International delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Rates are shown at checkout (from £14.99 to Europe) and delivery times vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged on delivery.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel seems delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and products. See our Refund Policy for details.
